That might be an entirely different issue, LOL.

I'm free of aches and pains, mainly because I've been athletic all
my life..never stop finding an excuse to slow down...sure I don't play softball at Schmidt Field, but I do walk /run to keep the old body oiled.
Golf for 50 years, prefer to walk, and a group that keeps me laughing...

23, started getting gray hairs, 34 now all facial hair is gray

I didn't feel old at all until last year at age 36.

I've played sports all my life, and almost never got injured. My body has always felt almost indestructible. Then last year I had 3 separate injuries that each kept me out of sports for 3-6 weeks. (Technically four injuries if you count accidentally stabbing myself putting together a lawn aerator, but that one made me feel stupid rather than old).
