I know my buddy TexanMark is going to disagree with me. The food is not bad, but its not great either. There is a place in Rochester called StickyLips thats much better. Theres also a place off Erie Blvd in Syracuse that was better. Have'nt been there in a couple years

If you go get the Pork-sket.

I'd go just to say you've gone. Great spot to people watch and it is a memorable place. The BBQ is very good but like anything in life it is in the eye of the beholder. I've had better but Dinosaur is pretty damn good.

One thing i will say about Dinosaur is that it is 10,000% better then Sonny's bbq Pit, lol.

Ha Ha... I've been there a few times. Usually get the sliced pork and salad bar.

As someone from upstate, I must agree with you on this, way overrated. I've been to the one in Buffalo and Troy, neither had anything from the main course that was outstanding. On the other hand, I must say their dessert is very good. The Dino in Troy, NY had a person come in and make the desserts fresh. You can tell the difference between frozen desserts vs freshly made desserts.

I'm talking about the Syracuse location. I can not vouch for Buffalo, Troy, Harlem, etc...

...but during this quarantine, do they do curbside service?
