Agreed. The handbook isn't worth the digital ink that was used to write it. There were no pre-planned responses to follow or autonomous actions that any agency could implement without first passing a multi-level bureaucratic review.

Remember the Dems are throwing gotchas at Trump and hopes one sticks. They have made "Hoax" sorta work with corporate media hacks that so their biding. They work daily on new "worst ever" things Trump says/does/didn't do.

They will bring up:. Some wonk wrote a paper about pandemics, supply building, etc...and delivered to someone in the Administration back in late 2016, 2018, etc...as proof of his poor handling. Or maybe it was a tweet from 2014...never ends

Compare to the media's daily fellatio on Obama and Administration when they were in power
