Details. Cuomo just overtook Bernie for second, 6% to 4%, but Biden still leads with 86%.

Trump supporters would be foolish to dismiss Andrew Cuomo.

There's plenty to nitpick about his fondness for taxes, his openness to identity politics and his hardline opposition to fracking. But he is one of the few Democrats who has retained his sanity, and that makes him a credible candidate in 2020.

Fact is he’s not on a ballot yet. Put him the picture and the sheeple will fall in line. If they will fall in line 86% for Biden, then they would for whoever the powers at be told them was their guy.

I created a thread a few days ago on the odds he becomes the nominee in a brokered convention....

IMO, Biden isn't going finish this race...

I'm 'eval in foresight' like that.... 03-wink

Hunh.

So only 24% of the leftists peoples are that committedly dumb?

Seems a bit low, but maybe they’re now lying to pollsters too.

Perhaps not entirely a kook.

But, Mario’s kid would have to overcome 3 distinct things:

1. Sloes whopping 24%.

2. The Bernie bro’s who wouldn’t even vote for Sloe, now they go full on Corporate for Mario’s kid? Errrr, no.

3. The incumbent.

Tough stuff even in a down year, only really happened once in what? A century?

G.W. Lost and gave us bubba, but that was essentially Reagan’s 3rd term and Pat Buchanan and Perot both had a bone to pick. None that now.

Sloes time is now to exit stage “what? Which way do I go?”. Where am I? Sad to see

RE: Ho Hum
That thing on Cuomo overtaking Bernie isn't a poll. It is betting odds. And it makes it sound like he took the lead, when his "odds" still trail Biden 6% to 86%.

Having said that, the Dems have to dump Biden, b/c he's senile, so Cuomo could win a brokered convention. But if the primaries play out, then Biden would have to resign the nomination.

Strange times.

I’m not sure what the once-in-a-century refers to, but incumbent presidents lost the elections of 1932, 1976, 1980, and 1992, all in times of economic distress.
