nuke or the invisible man in the sky, the USD is being wiffle ball'd with 'squeeze'.....

it was always going to come down to controlling global econ via the 'virus'....that's what fk'n tech accomplishes as bio-engineers "define" the atom vs. the genome....it's why Tesla was one of the many 'feared' amongst a long list....same with hey-zues

welcome to 'perceived' 21st century hell, biatches....

For old fogeys like me who mostly get their music from old fashioned FM on their car radio (instead of their downloaded songs on their phone), songs stick in your head longer since you aren't driving much.

For me for the last week and a half, its been the Partridge Family. David Cassiday singing, "I think I love you." After a week and half, I think I like the song. Unless you are my age or a little older, you probably have no idea who the Partridge Family are or have heard the song. I don't even remember where or how the song got in my head.

But if any of you want to risk it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb4FMn-IWEY

For me Bullet that song is only appropriate when I'm thinking of Susan Dey.

I was quite fond of her then!

Among my friends if you had a crush on Laurie Partridge you had to take a number. She was still a cutie on L.A. Law. Of course it was easy to have a crush on Shirley Jones as well. Especially if you remembered her from her role as Lulu Baines in Elmer Gantry. But in that movie it was Jean Simmons that takes the prize.

But to be quite honest my first crush ever was on Annette Funicello and my second was on Nancy Kwan. After that it got predictable Donna Douglas, Dawn Wells, Elizabeth Montgomery, and Barbara Eden. By the time Susan Dey hit the screen it was almost like robbing the cradle, almost.

Not that Susan Dey ever did this but this whole discussion reminds me of the J.Geils band, "Centerfold".

I liked Dawn Wells AND Tina Louise. Elizabeth Montgomery and Barbara Eden were a little old for me at the time although I watched the shows. Now Grace Lee Whitney (even though she was actually older than the other two, she played a young character), definitely. And Susan Dey, and among the younger ones-Maureen McCormick (I was a kid then-not robbing the cradle).

Jeannie (I Dream of...), Yeoman Rand (Star Trek), Marcia (Brady Bunch), Ginger (Gilligan's Island), Barbara (One Day at a Time), and of course Jill (Charlie's Angels).

Ahh, TV in the 60s and 70s!

Rush: Red Tide

Lyrics
Nature has some new plague
To run in our streets
History some new wrinkle
We are doomed to repeat

Fugitives at the bedroom door
Lovers pause to find an open store
Rain is burning on the forest floor
And the red tide kisses the shore

This is not a false alarm
This is not a test

Stay out of the sun
It only burns my skin
Sky full of poison
And the atmosphere's too thin

Bless the sun, the rain no more
River running like an open sore
Black wind falling through the ocean floor
And the red tide washes ashore

This is not a false alarm
This is not a test
Nowhere we can fly away
Nowhere we can rest
The party is disrupted by
An uninvited guest

Deadline approaches
For the weary land
It used to be something
But we let it run down in our hands

Too late for debate, too bad to ignore
Quiet rebellion leads to open war
Bring a sea-change to the factory floor
As the red tide covers the shore

Now is the time to turn the tide
Now is the time to fight
Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night

Now is the time to make the time
While hope is still in sight
Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night

Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night

This is not a false alarm
This is not a test
Nowhere we can fly away
Nowhere we can rest

Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night

Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night

Let us not go gently
To the endless winter night

If we are going to go this route then why not Def Leopards "Rock of Ages" with a little burning down the house! That's exactly what we've done.

w/o question.....what's so fk'd is if DJT would've gone with previous SOP and would've been wrong???......well, ya know the answer...

this is why I can say what I say the way I say it...and it's fk'n fonzies when I nail her...I'm not the POTUS. 03-wink

to define the msm, mislead, and the dippos.....
