I don't understand why we take transfers from smaller schools. If they were good, they'd already be at ODU. You never get stronger, you never get faster, you never get more experienced; once you pick your college, that's your level forever and ever amen. Them's the rules.

Well, it is one dude and he's complained about recruiting for the last 10 or so years and apparently that wont stop despite the new coaching staff and improved recruiting rankings.

I don't know if I am reading it correctly, but he was the #15 rated LB in VA coming out of HS.

Could have been under recruited because of competition or something. I know Dematha has a great basketball history, but I have no idea how good Dematha football is.

Yep and who was RIGHT ! You can honestly say we were doing a good job recruiting ? Really ? PLEASE say it !!!!! Also..I have commented they were doing a better job but still not top 5.

Also...this means less reps for scholarship players, will he get free meals, equipment, etc...Times I guess are not tough enough and the AD is flush with money. I understand your point but ODU should be aspiring to bring in higher level recruits even walk ons.

Yep and who was RIGHT ! You can honestly say we were doing a good job recruiting ? Really ? PLEASE say it !!!!! Also..I have commented they were doing a better job but still not top 5.

The chances that the NCAA makes them sit, is slim to none. They will be highly sought after

We don’t beat VA Tech if it weren’t for two previous walk ons Blake LaRussa and Travis Fulgham I’m all for walk ons, some push the scholarship guys.
