This has been rumored for many years. She was always going to be the heir to Harry Parretta. Nobody is shocked by this.

As expected, Associate Head Coach Amy Mallon will take over as the head coach. She is the architect of Drexel's incredible defense and she's also heavily involved with recruiting as well. I fully expect that Amy will carry on the legacy and Drexel will continue to have a top tier women's basketball program.
