Second thought. If I’m a business owner I hire a real badass to follow them to their “pad” and steal all their chit. Throw it in a dumpster and invite them back if they dared.
What's next in the Liberal agenda, not arresting people for murder if the murdered was a Republican in SF? That state has gone to the dogs. It's sad it was once a great state and the Liberals have destroyed everything with their Liberal agendas. What is wrong is now right and what is right is now wrong. In California that's how they run.

You guys do realize this happens in every state in this country and people just watch as it happens, right? This happens daily in grocery stores around the country
Worked at a grocery store during college and employees would have to just watch the grandmas stuffing steaks into their purse because you're legally just supposed to let the cops handle it these days. Same thing with baby formula. Whole families would be in on it and parents would use their children as distractions.
Very rarely did any customer ever attempt to do anything about obvious theft either, but it occasionally happened.

There will always be “those”. Not enforcing some penalty for lawless behavior only multiplies “those”. This is a failing of government plain and simple. It has one main job and it is failing miserably.
