A couple of days ago my wife asked one of our liberal friends if she had watched that days Coronavirus press conference that the President had conducted. Our friend lost it on her. She came totally unglued.

I don’t know how Trump stands with the Dianetics crowd. But I do know that they carefully maintain ties to both sides of the aisle, and don’t allow “their” celebrities to simply speak out on political/controversial stuff without getting a go-ahead from one of their spiritual advisers first.

I’ve had family in Pinellas County FL for a long, long time and we dealt with them first-hand when they were making their initial moves into the Clearwater area. An incredibly subtle, devious organization. Their followers are completely programmed in every aspect of life.

Kirstie was a great looker in her prime. I’m honestly kind of surprised that her Scientology peeps haven’t taken better care of her.

Personal trivia: in 25-ish years in Atlanta, I’ve never met a single one. Or if I did, they kept it to themselves. But in the Clearwater/Pinellas area, you can’t throw a stick without hitting one.

A friend reminded me that Charlie Crist is now the congressman for Clearwater (FL-13) and is on very good terms with his Scientologist constituents. I can certainly believe that.

you probably have to be in that district. I had a friend show me a map of downtown Clearwater and it was amazing how much they own there.
