Which are richest and poorest college football programs?
Interesting list of the "Power 5" ranked by revenue. West Virginia comes in last (#65) with $24.7 million, Texas first with $156.1 million. Anyone, remember where we are and how that compares to other AAC? Last I remember we were above $30 million, I think. That would put us ahead of #62 Vanderbilt at $32.1 million.

Nah, FB rev. is @ 17-18M which is upper end for G5. Now, projecting ahead to 2019 rev. including Cotton Bowl $, Memphis may end up ahead of the lower P5s.

I thought poor UConn was going broke. They were the highest of AAC schools.

look at their "School Funds" and see why they are so high. Take that out and they are way way lower.

I thought that the Cotton Bowl appearance money went back to the conference and split evenly with conference schools??

So, if accurate, 2019 revenue would be not increased significantly?

lol

Read the list again, and ask where are programs like Stanford, Duke, Northwestern, Vanderbilt and on and on

They may not have qualified to be on this list

Those are all public schools. The data comes from public records.

Private institutions aren't required to air out their financials and they never do.

Based on info from past UCF appearances, costs are covered. So, that should show up in rev. numbers. There was a good bump IIRC in conference distribution for them...can't recall the exact % off the top of my head...obvi includes other con. dis. as well.

I'd say no, since they've been a non-football member ever since joining.

That was my assumption as well.
