That was terrible. Its possible the teleprompter quit working. Did you see him curling his hand, like "come here." Of course, that is a bad reflection on his campaign if it was a teleprompter not working and he had no idea what to say.

My wife was watching American Idol the other day and there was a guy playing guitar who was supposed to be singing (but didn't) and a woman singing. Afterwards, Lionel Richie said to him-its ok to give up before you get here. Its ok to give up backstage. But once you're on stage you've got to at least fake it.

But if that happens, it would be good to know that the main challenger is — in sharp contrast with Biden — mentally competent to take on the responsibilities of office. So I, for one, would be relieved.

I can see these daily shadow briefings are going to go swimmingly.
