Baylor...Texas...other Big XII programs all play systems with 3-4 guards and one athletic big at a time. Of course, they have multiple bigs to sub out, and all the guards have good handles, can pass and shoot.

But the Baylor coach still thinks bigs are important enough to have 6 players 6'8" or taller on their roster. We currently have 1.
As far as rebounding goes, I loved watching Houston collect so many offensive rebounds (which they clearly needed with their subpar shooting). Here's an article on their drill: http://thedailycougar.com/2021/01/25/hou...%20roster.
As far as the rebounding drill this is nothing new as we used rebounding bubbles on a regular basis during my HS years in NJ in the early 90's. It is a fantastic drill though as the cover has all sorts of bubbles that make the rebounds really unpredictable and teaches you to anticipate.
My coach also had a different use after one game where we shot like 50% from the FT line in a game we lost by 2 points. Next day we had to shoot FT's and run for everyone we missed, but the problem was every basket had a bubble on it. So we basically ran for an hour.

Brand new team for the CAA next year.
Should be expected with a new coach, especially at our level. Players play for coaches, not programs. Blue bloods are really the only exception to that
