The death toll? You realize that about 7,450 people die every day in the U.S.? That means since this started, about 425,000 have died, about 200 from this virus. Between 2.5 and 3 million will die this year, a very small percentage from this illness.

The virus is not the dangerous part of what's going on in the country right now. The 5-6 year recession it will cause is the bad part. The average time to recover from a 30% stock market drop is a,little over 10 years and with the number of boomers who have burned by the drop they are going to be economically devastated. That's going to put a huge burden on the fed to increase SS benefits. This happened at a horrible time for the country.
