Baseball games and baseball movies to watch
Two lists from MLB.com that might come in handy while everyone is confined to quarters:

"25 of the best baseball movies ever"
https://www.mlb.com/news/best-baseball-m...c301609142

"1 classic game to watch online for each team"
https://www.mlb.com/news/classic-mlb-gam...tch-online
The article includes free YouTube links to watch each game in full.

If they ever did a remake of the sports classic 'Bang the Drum Slowly' but put the Astros as the team, would they have to rename it 'Bang the Trashcan Slowly'?

RE: Baseball games and baseball movies to watch
We have just moved into our new home in the Texas Hill Country. Talk about social distancing. In any event, in the process of unpacking seemingly endless boxes, I found my DVD of the 2003 Championship series and the copies of the Chronicle my neighbor saved for me reporting on that series while we were in HI on vacation. I also have a copy of the Honolulu paper covering the championship.

These will give me something to watch/read in the absence of live sporting events.

Welcome to central Texas!

Thank you! Been trying to get here since my first trip to Camp Warnecke (before Schlitterbahn) in High School and learning to scuba dive in Canyon Lake and Lake Travis the summer before matriculating at Rice. Only downside is it’s a lot longer drive to watch Rice sports on campus.

Anyone out there know anything about the availability of that extra inning, 13 to 12 win in 2017 that some hold out as the best baseball game of the century? I can’t find it. I’d pay a fair amount to be able to watch it. Anybody know if it’s available somewhere, either free or pay-per-view? Thanks

Found a YouTube video that picks up with the Dodgers leading three to nothing and goes from there. Searched under game five 2017 World Series Astros Dodgers
