Expect a lot of bowling, World Series of poker, and classic replays.

Heck yeah. I’m so pumped for this series. Michael Jordan’s run for the Bulls coincided with my entire childhood from kindergarten through college. I’ve shown my kids old videos (I have a Michael Jordan DVD collection that includes some of his top games, including the 1997 Flu Game and 1998 NBA Finals Game 6) and they love Space Jam, but it’s hard to convey how much Chicago was the center of the sports world for the 1990s as a result of the Bulls in a way that can probably never be replicated anywhere again. Looking back, that was probably as great of a sports fan childhood that anyone could have.

This isn’t eSports, but back in my youthful days, my buddies and I would often come back from a late night out but would still be wired and/or want to eat pizza. So, we’d turn on Madden simulated games and then bet on them. This was back when the graphics weren’t anywhere near what they are now, but it was still fun (at least when we were totally inebriated) to bet on the ‘85 Bears vs. the ‘92 Cowboys and other all-time matchups.

I actually think Charles Barkley and the NBA TNT crew just commentating on a bunch of NBA2K all-time matchup simulated games and telling stories about the guys that they with and/or against would be pretty entertaining.

YouTube sports replays. The USC East-UCF and UCF-UL 2013 games were still enjoyable to watch.
