 NCAA infractions punishment...
The NCAA has issued their punishment for the Memphis case:
James Wiseman will be forced to pay out all the money the NCAA is losing from cancelling the tournament. It will be paid in two equal distributions. One payment goes to Mark Emmert and the other to Duke.
