RE: Lester....BOH?
I just thought the players were heartbroken that they couldn't play. They thought they were about to put on a run with the up and down of the season behind them, they were ready for the playoffs and leave it all on the line.

That would be the logical interpretation. Then there is this board...

Precious going pro
Which we knew the day he signed.

DJJ maybe testing waters
You're always safe when you say “maybe” with baseless claims

Likely a few transfers
Likely = maybe

Nobody signed
Yet

NCAA about to lower the boom
TBD

We’ve got some ugly seasons ahead

I know, but it's going to incubate and spread like wildfire. A LOT of Long Island works in Manhattan.

I'd bet we're already at a major number of unknown cases in the city. I'm probably fine, but I was in the isolation zone in Westchester a week before it all went down.

I'm about to leave for volleyball and a work out, but we had a long text thread about if we should even play.

The trains are empty-ish and my clients have gone AWOL.

This is going to spread through the boroughs and every commuter train is going to bring it to every bedroom community in NJ/LI.

Lester is safer there.

Lester is what... 20 years old? He has a better chance of getting hit by a car crossing the street than he does of dying or even becoming more than moderately ill from the coronavirus

Amen. So many people making fools of themselves.

I'll take it a step further.... 80-90 year old Americans (who are hardest hit from Corona) have about 100 times more likely chance of being killed by a lightning strike than being killed by this "pandemic".

Whoa.. dont loop me into that statement, i didnt say THAT

Yeah, silly/bad take by chrisd11. This virus is pretty bad for elderly & those with lung issues.

Nope they are all leaving, read between the lines! Yes, I am joking...

What’s up with DJ calling LQ “Slime” and Jayden calling Boogie “Slime”? That’s the real question at hand...

I think the players comments refer to the abrupt way the season ended not them leaving.

Then you are hearing far different than the multiple sources I have heard.

However, nice cya. You can't be wrong with that statement.

Upon receiving your medical degree and finishing your residency, where did you complete your epidemiology studies prior to practicing medicine?

Frankly, at this point, I don't give a **** what happens...If they want to leave, go for it, if they want to stay, I'm cool with it. Putting my hopes and aspirations on 18 year olds...that is just plain stupid.

It is what it is..I got better things to worry about...

Oh is this like the old "you've never coached" argument when someone questions a coach?

You've never been president of the USA so how can you question the President?

You've never been blah blah blah so how can you question blah blah.....

Such a mature argument..

I hope we have over-reacted. We are at a very early stage of spread and we are following the infection patterns of the highest rates other than China. They don’t lightly use the word pandemic.

The biggest thing that stopped the spread in the US was Trump immediately banning travel from China. Thank God we have a President who looks out for the safety of Americans over PC nonsense.
