Crazy few days
About a week ago, my son (he's a physician), expressed concern about us coming up to see our new granddaughter, after going to New Orleans. He was really worried about the spread of the coronavirus. I thought he was being somewhat ridiculous, but he insisted he had done a lot of reading about the virus and we were about to become "Italy". In just a couple of days we have gone from expressions of concern about the NCAA tournament, an announcement of no fans, and then a complete cancellation of the tournament as well as all winter and spring championship events. If Since74's wife didn't express concerns about going to New Orleans they would have already arrived there last night. My wife and I were originally leaving this morning. Luckily we both delayed our trips. New Orleans is fun, but I have been there enough the last few years and had no desire to go there again for any reason other than seeing us win the tournament championship.
