So, baseball players, as expected, are getting a year of eligibility back. The most likely scenario here is getting rid of the 27 players on scholarship cap (for one year) and getting rid of the 25% minimum rule (for one year). We’ll see what the NCAA decides.

How about MBB and WBB, an additional year of eligibility?

No reason to give them an additional year. I suspect any basketball players who missed parts of the season due to injury might gain an extra year, but that's about it for them. Maybe Chrisman for the women, but I don't think we had any other players who missed significant time on either basketball team besides that.
It's just going to be the spring teams (baseball, tennis, golf, outdoor track and field in Rice's case) that will get the extra year. Indoor track probably not.

I'm not sure that's the case...some consideration is apparently being given to an extra year of eligibility for winter sports also.
Obviously Erica O. would probably move on, but the question would be what are the possibilities for Ako Adams and/or Rob Martin? The theory the NCAA is considering is "they didn't get to finish their complete careers due to the cancellations".

I wonder how MLB does their draft? How do the teams make the decisions on *very* condensed seasons....
Conversely, if they hold off on the draft this year, what an outcome: a) the HSers all go to college; b) 5th year seniors play their asses off with a second chance; c) passed over HSers play theier asses off; d) the best college teams (talent-wise) in 20 years; e) in 2021, the deepest and best draft in 20 years.

They're not going to hold off on doing a draft. They could postpone some or all of the minor league seasons and delay the draft until late summer. But that's about the only thing I could see happening. They'll just try to get their kids in fall season instructional leagues instead. I could also see them shortening the draft in rounds (maybe 10 to 15 total?) if they went that route? They already know who the top prospects are. Yes, it would be a little hard for them to figure out if so-and-so guy deserves to be drafted in the 3rd round or 8th round, but a lot of every draft is based on guesses anyway.
NFL rumors already are out there that the draft is being postponed (and moved out of Las Vegas - probably will be more like the MLB draft now and just conducted via phone for the most part). But it's not being cancelled altogether.
What the NFL ends up doing will probably dictate what the MLB does.

CUSA officially cancelled all spring sports for the remainder of the school year (it had suspended them but today's announcement makes it official).
