It looks like the staff has been finalized for this year and includes a few changes.

New coaches:
WRs - Greg Harbaugh Jr., formerly offensive quality control at Minnesota
CBs - Marvin Clecidor, formerly DBs and co-DC at Princeton
DTs, Co-ST - David Denham, formerly DL and ST at Indianapolis
Lou Esposito will now focus on DEs and Defensive Coordinator responsibilities.
Joe Palcic will take on safeties in addition to coaching special teams.
Jake Moreland will remain OC, but will switch from coaching OL to TE.
Bill Kenney, formerly coaching OTs (2013-2015) and TEs since 2015, will switch to coaching OL.
The new coaches look solid and I like the changes a lot. Espo will now have more time to focus on the defense as a whole and the DTs could really benefit from having a dedicated position coach.
Moreland will be able to focus on his whole offense while coaching a position he is more familiar with.
Kenney (OL coach at Penn State for 22 years from 1989 to 2011!) will now be working with a whole OL again, which I also believe is a more natural fit. Kenney remains the recruiting coordinator, a position he has excelled in.
