look at the Houston head coach when he lost to Penny a week or so ago. See the difference between his demeanor and GM's? Some coaches GOT it, some don't. GM does not.

Marshall himself is probably getting evaluated.

Oh Sampson was a prick too but when given the opportunity to lift up one of his brothers in conference he did it.

I respect him for what he did for ALo but he seems like a real douchebag most of the time

I think it is a dumb question---to ask another school or coach---about the job that your coach is doing. It seems like a insecure ? to ask----like Penny needs reassuring that he is doing a good job.

You are right everyone doesn't have to care...But it is simple to put a compliment out there. I think he does have an opinion...But he also knew he couldn't say anything negative without getting roasted

I think this is it. Marshall had his team in a position to clinch 4th place seed in the AAC tourney, pretty much solidify his team's slot in the NCAA tourney & they laid an egg. That's frustrating for a competitive coach. He sees it much harder now to make the tourney. WSU probably now has to beat Tulsa to finish the season & win a couple of games in the AAC tourney. Would have been much better to get a Q1 win at Memphis. And yeah, he's 1-3 against Memphis. Frustration is what I saw. Don't think he's prick at all. Especially considering how gracious he was to Alo & Penny to let Alo out of his signed LOI.
