No idea what the hell happened to them. They've looked terrible down the stretch

They have beat 2 teams in the Top 75 all year .. 1 in the Top 50. They just aren't a good team. They just had 1 good game vs Colorado.

I will have no issue if northern Iowa gets in (even at uc's expense). I suspect that won't happen because of committee focus on limited q1/q2 opportunities, 3 q3 losses and too many q4 wins. But just looking at two good metrics looking at resume strength they are 41 in strength of record (uc is 50 by comparison) and have 1.1 wins above bubble (uc is at .3)
After metrics update today their SOR is 54.

Also of note. They only scheduled 10 non con D1 games. They left one on the table and scheduled 2 D2 games. Can't use the lack of opportunities excuse when you leave 3 games on the table

Yeah, out of their 25 wins 2 were non D1 and 11 were Quad 4 wins (by comparison UC only has 2) and they have 3 Quad 3 losses. I don’t think that that’s enough for UNI.

Yup Both WSU and UC should be solidly above UNI

Went to the ETSU/VMI quarterfinal game in the SoCon tournament and let me tell you I wouldn’t trust the crew that worked that game with a local YMCA league game. The spread was 13 and they did everything in their power to keep it there. Final score was 70-57 ETSU. I thought AAC officials were bad, I’ve now seen worse.

SDSU not looking good. Would love to get matched up with them in the 2nd round. I think we could take them.

Smart move by their Commish to tell SDSU to throw it. Aresco should tell Houston the same.

#8 Lehigh at #1 Colgate

Colgate is definitely the prohibitive favorite in the PL. The Raiders beat Cincinnati earlier in the year and could be a dangerous 13/14 seed. Lehigh played them tough in Hamilton a couple of weeks ago and have actually been solid the last month. Even so, a rested 'Gate team should win by 10-15

#7 Bucknell at #2 American
#6 Navy at #3 Boston U.
#5 Lafayette at #4 Army

Prohibitive sounds strong...I wouldn't bet against them because going to Hamilton sucks, but Lehigh isn't the only team in the middle of the pack that has given 'gate a test.

I'd say prohibitive was pretty accurate....

Colgate took care of Lehigh by 13 and are currently rolling Lafayette by 20+ with 3 minutes left. The Raiders will host Boston U. for the PL auto-bid on Wednesday. The Terriers outlasted Bucknell 64-61.

This will be Colgate's third straight PL Title game.

Looks like Cincinnati's late 50, early 60s conference rival is going to be dancing for the second straight year.

Utah State was right near the cut line. They are not a typical bid thief.
