You make Free throws you don't lose this game. I'd like to feel sorry for them but learn to make free throws.

Missed FTs and missed 3s. Oh well, we can still take the regular season with a win at Rice. We are a driving to the basket team, you have to make FTs.

Very disappointing start and then finish to the game. Something that’s bothered me this year is how Nikki some games is really into “coaching” from the sideline and other games (like tonight) where she sits almost the entire game and see uninterested. I think she’s awesome but that bugs me.

Proud of the effort to come back from a couple of double-digest deficits. But I was amazed at how poorly this game was officiated. I saw two clear flops by UAB players and some traveling no-calls that led to UAB baskets. Plus there were entirely too many calls on both teams. Usually, I don’t rag on the officiating, but this was a game that was particularly bad.

Big question now is if we lose to Rice, which is probable in the road IMO, do we still have any shot of an at-large? This loss was heart breaking.

Make the CUSAT Finals maybe. The margin of error for mids is so slim, both MBB and WNN.
