At halftime northeastern is leading by 2 in a low scoring game 30-28. If they Can pull off the upset then Seahawks Nation 08 is the odds on favorite to win the tiebreaker.
Get ready to select your favorite cold beer. 04-cheers

Dan10 is our winner and I think has won this contest before. Clearly he is superior in basketball knowledge.

Name your favorite cold beer and send me a PM for delivery address so I can send all the prizes your way. Well done.

Unless I missed someone's as I scrolled this morning, JMU is out. Again. Maybe a new arena will change your fortunes.

Think you misunderstood his post.
Actually I didn't, thus my last comment. Clearly just pouring salt in the wound there.

Thanks for letting us outsiders play. You are correct in that. I think it was last year you kept it just to JMU as a result. It is always a fun event. This year had more upsets than normal, which followed the chaos of the regular season.

Is there any question that Coen and Mihalich are the two best coaches in the CAA?

Sorry man. Wasn't trying to be ugly. I just missed the intent.

RE: CAA tourney prediction contest
7 years ago we won the CAA tournament. My FB post from that night just popped up in my feed. Since then...two total CAAT wins. In the 9 seasons before that year...two total CAAT wins. You have to go back to '96'-'97 to find the first year before '12-'13 that JMU won more than one game in the CAAT. I really really really hope something changes for this program, because...yeah...it's rough having to bet against your own school EVERY SINGLE YEAR in the tournament if you want a chance of winning. Right now the probability of JMU even making it into the semis in any given year is so low that it's ridiculous.

so you're sayin we have two more years of losing before we can win again. Sounds about right
