When I Google it, I get a lot of articles attacking Hume for the faux pas.

The only substantive link that comes up in the first couple of pages is to an Amazon listing for a book "Vixens of Vinyl" which is an anthology of sweet lovely young ladies from the covers of record albums. I have no idea what Hume's tab referred to, but that would be one pretty innocent possibility.
