Coronavirus Good For Avatar Movie Sequels?
Quote:If things get seriously bad, I believe the world will experience a significant change in the sociopolitical climate post-CoVID, with less emphasis being placed on divisiveness and more on our humanity.

If this does occur, I believe society as a whole will be much more likely to view Avatar through the lens of their own spirituality and come to understand how much time society wastes on trivial hatred, among other things.

Additionally, I believe part of the reason Avatar did so well was because of its release during the Great Recession. It provided an incredible means of escape the likes of which had just about never been seen before to a society which so desperately needed a break from reality and all of its burdens. It may be the same for CoVID, which could also bring about a significant decline in the market.
