A JMU-UT matchup this season would have been very interesting...perhaps more so towards the end of the season than at the beginning. I've always been in favor of mixing up the conference and non-conference games anyway. Both teams had some interesting strengths and weaknesses and I'd like to have seen them meet. Perhaps the coaches can set something up in the future.

Can't speak too much on Tennessee's cohesion as a team or their coaching acumen, but gotta feel they are recruiting on a different level than us. The average height of their 12 players is 6'2". They have six players 6'3 or taller. We have none.

Doesn't mean we couldn't beat them. But I'd bet $ that Sean would have liked to have most of their players if he could.

Of course he would. But we do have some tall stuff coming next year, with Annalicia Goodman at 6'4, Stephanie Ouderkirk at 6'2 and someone else over 6'0 (name escapes me at the moment, damn this age thing!). And we have Rayne, who plays taller than she is with those loooooong arms, and Kiki at 6'0, and Jaylin the high jumper, so be comforted.
