CAA Players Ranked by a Formula
http://barttorvik.com/conf.php?conf=CAA ranks all CAA players with one number similar to WAR in baseball, and the formula is secret. I'm not endorsing it, but I'm sharing it. Here are what the CAA teams would be from that formula:

First Team:
Jordan Roland: 5.3 (therefore POY)
Grant Riller: 5.2
Desure Buie: 4.8
Nathan Knight: 4.8
Nate Darling: 4.2

Second Team:
Eli Pemberton: 3.8
Marcus Sheffield II: 3.7
Matt Lewis: 3.7
James Butler: 3.3
Brian Fobbs: 3.2

Third Team:
Camren Wynter: 2.9
Isaac Kante: 2.8
Allen Betrand: 2.7
Luke Loewe: 2.6
Bolden Brace: 2.6

I'm assuming that the numbers are rounded to the nearest tenth and none of the players are exactly equal. Each line has its own number. It says Knight is fourth, not tied for third. The formula doesn't like Andy Van Vliet, whose 23rd, and Ryan Allen, whose 34th. It requires players to play 40 percent of the possible minutes.

Because of ties, the last five First Teams combined to have 27 players. Taking the top five in the formula when the First Team had five and the top six in the formula when the First Team had six shows that the formula agreed with the First Team voting 21 times, which is 7/9ths, which is 77.8 percent.
