I just caught part of it on the pre game interview with cjb. He said Davenport didn't make the trip. He said something about doctors evaluating. Does anyone know what happened? is it a practice injury or sickness? We needed him. Hope others step up.

I believe they said an injured knee.

Yea, I remember and a history of knee issues and then hearing it’s a knee also leaves me concerned. That said, I don’t think he has had any serious issues has he?

Davenport looks like a solid talent and a great teammate. Hope he has no lasting effects and makes it back strong next season.

Return timeline is 4-6 months so he should at least get a little bit of the off-season to get back in shape.

Can he redshirt? What is the bball redshirt rule?

LOL, he got injured in March. No redshirt.

Second to the same knee is usually ripe for additional issues. They better recruit the heck out of the 4 to help Eason.

Shame...Do we know what type of surgery it was?

4-6 months would indicate at least ACL.
