OK, a little early in the day to start a thread, but I noticed the tweet below from one of the broadcasters. Anything to read into the fact that Moore is not listed, or that Accunzo is, but not the other red-shirters. I assume the blue indicates the starters, but what's the significance of green vs white?

Announcers just said TJ Smith not available today dealing with the personal matter back at home. So 7 players I guess today

Rockets win today, once again behind strong bench production of 1 point.

Rockets win 69-63! Knapke had a huge game with 31 points. Marreon had 18. A big key to the game was Knapke playing the last 8 minutes of the game with 4 fouls. He made some big shots down the stretch and never got his 5th foul. Big win!

IMO, best win of these last 3. Ball State is a better team than Western or CMU, and had kind of owned us for awhile. The fact that the Rockets had to come from behind & then hold on during that final minute or so also factors in to my opinion.

Really is unfortunate that we just don’t have a bench. May be too much to expect that this team could put together a run in Cleveland if they get there...but if this team finishes 9-9 in the MAC that will be better than what looked like what was coming.

For those who talk about our inability to play defense, I think today it was a key to our victory. Forty percent of Ball State's offense comes from the 3 Point Line, and today Toledo held them to 6 of 29. When our offense is not hitting on all cylinders like today, you need your defense to help overcome that and today was one of those days when only 2 players were consistent on offense (Knapke & M Jackson). A big shout out goes to Luke Knapke for basically carrying the team on his back hitting one clutch shot after another. He also had the discipline to not pick up his 5th foul the last 8 minutes, and if he would have, there was a strong possibility we would have lost. Now its on to Northern Illinois and home to EMU to finish the season. Win both games and we clinch the 7th seed. We could still finish as the 6th Seed if Kent State loses at home against BG and on the road at Akron.

Funny game this basketball. Did I see Akron put a spanking on Buffalo today? We beat Akron, got spanked by Buffalo. Best I can tell the conference wins/losses today helped the Rockets.

Out of frustration, if we only had a bench.

Going a step further; having a bench has something to do with who starts. Who was it, Dandy Don Meredith said something about "If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, we'd all have a merry Christmas."

No Acunzo, another player released (can't remember his name, but I couldn't spell it anyway :-), Spencer has been hurt, and we can't forget AJ). He would be getting significant minutes this year if healthy. The team is three guys short. The tumblers of the lock didn't line up this year.

If those guy were available, I wouldn't be surprised if this team was the class of the league and we would be looking forward to the MAC tourney.

And sometimes the tumblers do line up; and you play someone who goes totally crazy from 3 land and you get smoked anyway. On any given day...

March Madness coming up. Can't wait.

And last place Miami beats first place BG by 18. It has been a crazy MAC season!

good win. we haven't closed out many winning teams at home this year. knapke finally locked in from the start and kept his stroke going. rebounding and defense was pretty good. we made free throws. it wasn't a thing of beauty, but it wasn't an ugly win. 3 straight now and inside track on the #7 seed. with bg losing badly at miami and akron whuppin buffalo in their arena the fight for top seed heats up. bg has the tougher remaining games. hope we get smith back soon.
