Looks like a complete ass whipping to Foley’s women to a pretty bad ASU team. Probably his worse team since he took over a BAD program. Slim chances to even to get to .500 this season. Better do a better job of recruiting this year. First time in many years that we have faced this with Joe’s teams. Most of Joe’s teams have gotten better as the season went on. This one seems to have gotten worse.

Worst stretch for a Foley team I can remember (I really don't recall details of his first year or 2). We have lost 5 of 6, and 4 of those were blowouts. We could still get the mini-tournament at home, but I'm not sure even Joe can get this turned around enough for us to win the next 2 home games. With some luck, we could still get 4th place with a win against USA (and a loss to Troy), but ULL would have to lose at Coastal (likely) and, at home, to either UTA (quite possible) or TexSt (unlikely).

My question concerns Tori Lasker. She didn't even play Friday night at A-State; has she become a liability recently?

Paper said she had "flu-like" symptoms.

The ladies are currently in a two way tie for fourth place and hold the tie breaker.

Having the tie-breaker is a very good thing right now. Our biggest problem is we have to play Troy next week and then a good South Alabama team. If we lose to Troy and beat USA, we need ULL to lose to either UTA or TxSt. Obviously, we control our own destiny and play both games at home. So, considering our struggles, we couldn't have asked for a much better situation going into the last week of the season. ULL ends the season at home as well.

What is our injury situation? Seems like several ladies have been in and out as far as being available to play.

Nicole Hemphill is out for the year. Hopefully Tori Lasker will be back at full strength on Thursday. That's all I am aware of at the moment.

No doubt Joe Foley will come back. He’s owned this league since about his third or fourth year. Can’t figure out why the big collapse tho season.
