So Liberty's clinched their spot, and Virginia has gone from being a bubble team to maybe angling for a top-4 seed. Hampton lost today's Big South final and join Radford, Longwood, JMU, W&M and VMI on the outside looking in. Virginia Tech needs a miracle. VCU and George Mason need semi-miracles.

Richmond probably has to get to the A10 final and be competitive against Dayton to have any shot at an at-large. The A10 did not do them any favors this season with VCU and Davidson massively underperforming expectations and Rhode Island crumbling down the stretch, so they may not get any good win opportunities unless they see Dayton in the final. And if you beat Dayton or anyone else in the final, then good wins only matter for seeding anyway.

Norfolk State should at least contend for the MEAC title, but that's usually a crapshoot of a tournament, so who knows.

ODU ... well, y'know.
