He is barely playing in the NBA.. Averaging a measly 1 pt per game.. He could have been a great addition this year.. but honestly, there was never a chance for Tucker to come to play at Memphis.

Rayjon signed a $578,572 a year deal with the Jazz so I guess that worked out for him.

This is something I've thought as well. This group of freshmen have had to learn on their own without the benefit of the upperclassman who can settle them down while on the court. That one guy who can get a bucket when everyone else gets lost.

It wouldn't even have to be Jeremiah specifically but someone who has a few years under their belt playing college ball. Jeremiah would have been perfect though!

I would have taken my chances on a guy that averaged 20 ppg, 7 rebounds, 2 assists a game and shot 49% overall, 41% from 3 and 78% from the free throw line.

Yes, a "true leader" would be fantastic but we have lost multiple games this year simply because we do not have a closer or a consistent go to scorer. I have no doubt that Rayjon could have been that player for us.
