Yes, but my underlying point was that The Guardian isn't "known" for just making stuff up or satire pieces like TO. Rather they likely either got bad information...or just reported it wrong. I don't see any agenda they're trying to push here.

But wasnt it Tom who, in the other thread on the jury questionaiire, said we needed to wait before jumping to conclusions.

Also in that thread he called a rock solid source for perfect information "dubious", but thinks that the guardian is above reproach.
