Which would open up a transfer free for all, even more than have now. Not only would less quality players be transferring down, because they could transfer lateral without having to sit out a year, but a ton of quality players could be transferring up. Kids who are all conference with a couple years eligibility left could be snatched up right and left.

A bunch of fcs guys could transfer to jmu without sitting out like they do now.
