If GS@GAST is a midweek game, it’ll be the first time that game has been selected for tv.

Last season was the first season since we’ve been in the Sun Belt that we didn’t have any midweek games at home. That’ll change again this season since we will be hosting StAte, App, and Troy.

That would be a disaster if it's midweek. That game (GSU/GS) should always be Saturday late afternoon or evening.

App and Georgia Southern should be moved back to Saturday. With the number of games flexed to ESPNU, it should be a prime game for an ESPNU slot for the Sun Belt on Saturday night. The Louisiana at App (for the 50th time in 7 years) could be played on Thursday.

It works great for us.

We'd be adversely affected by a Saturday game as the week we typically play is the same as the UGA/UF game which would drain a good portion of our fanbase down to Jacksonville and Saint Simons.

As it is, on Thursdays we catch the crowd as they're getting ready to head out.

I'm for GS/App on Saturday - at least for this year - just because that would make it another Halloween night game. I think that the nature of the rivalry and position of Halloween on the football calendar makes it the perfect time to play anytime the 31st is a feasible playing date.

On the other hand, I'd also be up for playing games at App on the final weekend of the season while playing games in Statesboro to begin the year in Aug./Sept. You freeze us, we melt you.

That would be ULM’s first home weeknight conference game since 2013

I'm hopeful for zero midweek home games this year, which given our league schedule seems entirely possible. Troy, USA, ULM, and GSU are our home games.

Unless of course somehow Tulsa gets moved to midweek and messes everything up.
