We spanked them because Sandlin shut them down. My point is that if we had another pitcher (any other pitcher) out there against DBU, they'd do to us what they did in Game 3, it would have just been Game 1 and we'd have started 0-1.

So this year, we look ROUGH! Not gonna be a great year. Seems like baseball is catching up to all our other sports in ability to recruit. It’s telling when your Junior and Senior class have so little talent between them.

Coulda / shoulda won that game. UM didnt look any better than us. Surprised about that. Will have a better team than i thought. Need some more hitters - of course we were missing at least one starter.

I don't disagree, my point is that we have our bad losses as well. Celebrating State's loss when we lost as well is just trying to make ourselves feel better. Who cares if another school lost? Let's worry about ourselves.

You’re the one who insults 19 year olds and calls them vulgar terms half-drunk on an Internet forum because you couldn’t bring yourself to actually say any of it to their face. If there’s a ledge, you’re the one hanging from it, not me. Stop being obsessed with the failures of those northern schools. Trying to find solace in our current state of affairs by referencing a midweek loss of theirs is sad. They’ll still be hosting a regional and super this year while we do the famous 1-2.

I believe most on here know which of us has a level head. I won't say I'm not a negative person in regards to USM sports nowadays, but I also haven't been nearly as off the rails as you have been this past football season.
