The Huskies won 70 - 55 in DeKalb. In that game Huskies shot 46.3% from field and 35% from behind the three. Geno led the scoring with 21 and if I remember correctly the win was never in doubt for the Huskies. This is a rarity for our Huskies. After the coronavirus scare and the postponement of the CMU game the redhawks have lost four straight. The Huskies cannot look past the next two games.

In the air traveling home from a long week of work & cannot wait to relax and watch the Huskies game this afternoon. Win the next two and setting up for a hopefully large and fired up crowd next Saturday vs CMU. A 9-4 MAC record with a win today vs. 8-5 if we lose just feels huge.

We only had a 3 point lead at half time so the win was still very much in doubt. The 2nd half was fun (not a nail biter right to the end) to watch.
This could one of those games ripe for upset! NIU is favored.

Must win today. This is the most winnable road game in the stretch of 4 out of 5 on the road.

I don't think it's a must win for a top 4 seed, things could still work out , but I'd say a must win for the fact that a team that is going to be a serious MAC tourney contender would find a way to win this game

My bad. For some reason I thought we play the Broncos Tue. Really we do not need to look forward to BSU and take care of business as we should be favorites until that final game.

I say BGSU as it gives us a better shot at a 3 seed. BSU worries me as they have as easy a schedule as we do. That final game with BSU coming to the convo could be very important.

For Miami 2 players totaling 24 points per game and 11 rebounds per game are gone from this game.

NIU did a nice job driving on offense much of the half.

I thought NIU'd D was pretty bad (for them) until the last 6 minutes or so when they really picked it up.

Two more missed bunnies, have to have at least 8 tonight

Let me be blunt. If this team does not realize that McCarty and James are keys and should see the ball OFTEN-- then we will never be good.
