Congratulations to the Monarchs! They have been through a lot of injuries this season, but continue to find a way to get the win. A win Sat. against UNT could land them top 25.

I thought there was a pretty good crowd there. And they were LOUD! What an excellent game from our Monarchs!! Now we're number 1 in the conference!!! Let's take that all the way to Frisco!!!

So happy I decided to go to this one. Best bball game at the Ted this season. And a great crowd. Love seeing a bunch of Monarchs on their feet screaming for a W.

I was impressed by a lot of the girls tonight but I think Reichert and Scott deserve a shout out. They did great denying Mulky the ball and making her work to get the ball on offense.

Crowd looked and sounded great on TV. Way to show up Monarchs.

That was a great game plan by the staff and a gutsy win.

Congrats on a huge win over RICE! The women are having a great season thus far.

That was the best game that I have seen under coach Nikki. It more than lived up to the hype. The crowd was fantastic. I think on the radio they called it the biggest crowd for a non-educational game under Nikki. I hope they all go home and talk about what they saw with their friends.

But ODU is now on the map and in first place in the conference. We ended Rice's 30 game conference win streak and now the other teams will know that ODU is back!

Wayne didn't show any signs of rust out on the floor tonight. While she was great with her 21 points, 4 boards...it really was a total team effort on the floor tonight. And you can't say enough about how they held Nancy Mulky in check for the large part of the game....

I know that we have a lot of basketball left in the season, but start looking at that last regular season game. ODU at Rice.
It's going to be intense.

Rice played 4 players over 40 minutes, only 2 points off the bench. Hope we can stay 1 and 2, and get them on day three of the CUSAT. Just stay healthy and finish Monarch strong.

Up to 27th in RPI. With a win Saturday, we better get some votes!

That was the first Lady Monarchs game I have seen in over a decade and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They truly appreciate the fan support and they have really earned it. Looking forward to returning to national prominence.

I was shocked at how many minutes Mulkey played. Our game plan was to push the pace and wear her down.
