A real coach could take you, me, two hot dog vendors and Riley Patterson and win our conference.

Talent...

Well if you are talking height, build, running and jumping....You are right they absolutely do not have more talent. But they have much more offensive skill than we do.

Precious has very little offensive SKILL
Boogie is growing but still is not a good 1-on-1 player
DJ was decent but mentally he was not ready to carry the load.
Tyler is streaky and too small to be counted on.
Alo is a below average 1-on-1 player
Malcolm doesn't appear like he scan score 1-on-1
Lester struggles with 1-on-1 play as well.
Baugh cant beat his man off the dribble because he cant shoot.

Offensive skill will come with time and experience...While the physical traits aren't going to greatly improve.

UH shot selection wasn't golden....there shots went in. Plus their offense is shoot the ball and go rebound.

Experience does matter. We don't have a wizard with the ball who can consistently beat an experience college player off the dribble. Plus the inexperience leaves the players a step slow because they have to think. The only player with a go to move I can think of is Precious and Alo and their move is the same.

When Kelvin Sampson was asked about losing all of his players and the success he continues to have, he explained it was his culture. Penny is only in year two and hasn't had anyone graduate. IM can't help establish culture. Experience matters.

Yeah, transitive property doesn't work in sports - especially college hoops, and especially this year.
