And without Justin Forrest. Wow.

Nice job App!

Fun having App competitive in the league now. Not a huge fan of them being all up on our ass right now though in the standings.

Freshman Adrian Delph scored 21 and had zero turnovers.

App's last four are USA, Troy, Coastal and at ULM. Finishing 13-7 and top four is very possible.

Seriously man. They can't buy a break.

Can't let a guy get an uncontested rebound there though. Not sure what they were doing there.

I’m not sure how or why we won this game, but South stuns ULM 50-49. I say stun because ULM lead pretty much the whole game.

Sophmore, but yes, great game. Stink fans, where you at 03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao We played like hot garbage for most of this game, without J. Forrest and still win by 5.

Congrats App. We had an 8 point lead at home with 7 min left and blow it. Our team this year is maddeningly inconsistent. But App played with a plan and never seemed rattled. I think App May have something with their new coach

Have we faced a team in conference yet that we didn't have a big lead against and blow it, or come close to blowing it?

Still in 4th as the Georgia schools refuse to drop a game. Good news is they have to come to Texas next week.

Way to hold serve against the Arkansas teams! UTA and TXST both swept at home. Now comes the bigger challenge against Georgia teams. This would be a good time for both Texas teams to start to peak.

UTA led LR for the entire game today, and out rebounded the Trojans. So now LR is only one game ahead of GaSt in the standings and UTA has solidified our grip on seventh place.

I don't think so. I actually think we had double-digit leads in all 6 of our losses. Biggest lead may have only been 9 vs. UTA but I feel pretty confident in the other 5 that we did.

Kerns for COY. Incredible win without one of the top players in the league.

App has the tie breaker over GS and with the remaining schedule a decent chance at a double bye.

I'm honestly torn on if I'd even want us to head into the tourney as the 1 seed, but it's nice to know that we officially control our own destiny on that at this point. My thanks to App and the Texas duo for making that possible.

App hasn’t had a basketball team since I was in school 15 years ago and Houston Fancher was coach. Kerns’ team tends to start slow then rally. Free throws late in games is going to be a big hurdle. Killed our chances at any kind of comeback vs Georgia State Thursday night.

Idk if it was just quality mic placement or the shape of your gym but 1,700 sounded loud on the ESPN+ broadcast today.

If we want to be the basketball face of the conference, then we need to win every regular-season banner we can and deal with the pressure going into the conference tourney, like all quality programs do.

And I beat the drum for this every single winter, but the automatic NIT bid for winning the league is very attractive for a program that has only been to that tournament a few times. It’s a better consolation prize than the other two tourneys, of course.

Every year, any way you can do it...win the regular season!

Great points. I'm all in on wanting the regular season banner now.
