Playing in the Big South, NCAT will have plenty of opportunities to schedule NC Central and SCSU in OOC.

I could see Florida A&M to the SWAC. Bethune-Cookman reportedly has serious financial issues though so that one is anybody’s guess.

Why wouldn’t they wait for the ASun/UAC crap? LOL

If the MEAC fails, I wonder what will become of NC Central. I don't see them going back down to the CIAA.

The MEAC will go after Alabama State and Alabama A&M again and will finally take Virginia State seriously about their aspirations of moving up which should've been done years ago.

With the MEAC rapidly losing 3 members, I hope they consider adding Chicago St.

In Men's Basketball- between NC A&T and already departed Hampton- 22 championships in the MEAC tourney.

The rest of the league combined- 26.

MEAC down to 10 with this, Big South up to 12.

One would assume they could join the ASUN and put football in the Big South.

An outside the box idea, some HBCUs wanted to move up to FBS. What a way to create a new conference that the would be difficult to deny by having 50% of the schools being HBCU. Just a thought.
