Don't look now but
Despite everything that has happened this season we are in the first four out.

We could still get a NCAA bid.

We have to win out, that simple. Right now would be a great time for everything to come together.

RE: Don't look now but
Best case scenario is to be the sixth seed.

That puts Houston and smu vs each other in the semis.

Those likely will be the two toughest teams in that tourney.

We would have cinci and Tulsa

While I do agree, getting the 4th seed wouldn't be terrible. First day bye would help a little.

If the 5 is SMU we don't want that.

Smu @ home then Houston isn't great draw

RE: Don't look now but
24 wins by end of the AAC tourney would get us in.
We have 20 wins with 2 reg season games left.
Win both, and then 2 in AAC tourney.
Win one and then make it to the AAC finals.

It wouldn't really be SMU at home. Plus SMU fans won't be there - they never are.
But SMU appears to be a bad matchup. So I'd rather avoid them.
At the same time, I doubt GWB is there, so maybe the refs wouldn't be as intimidated.

Thank you for interjecting Captain Gloom. But many different sites have us sitting in the first 4 out. 04-chairshot

Well that sucks. UT is a bubble team, even with their crappy record. We need them off the bubble. On the other hand it makes the Tiger victory look better. Idk.

The last second Texas win on a 3pt bank at Oklahoma hurts more. Shaka is now riding a win streak.

I can't believe it. I watched a lot of the game, and it looked like UK was going to pull away in the 2nd half. I turned it when UK had a 15 point lead and climbing.

Just looked and UTK scored 20 pts during the last 6+ minutes. Cal's D gave up 50 points in the 2nd half. They choked away a 17-pt 2nd half lead.

Cal obviously can't coach.
