If it’s something copied from internet click on “reply” then select the icon with the littlemountain and red sun above the text box, just right of the bullet point option. Should be self explanatory from there. I don’t know how to post one from your own files.
I'm kind of surprised the board doesn't have a drag and drop feature to post personal images. Becoming a standard staple. I guess you'd have to first upload it to facebook or something like that. As for something off the internet, if he uses "quick reply," he might not know how to get the remote url perhaps?

To get remote url, try a RIGHT click on the image. If the menu shows a copy image location, that's what you want. If it shows properties, click that, highlight the url and type CTRL and C at the same time. That will copy the link. Click the mountain button mentioned and type CTRL and V at the same time. That will paste the url into the box.

Example: I right click on the rocket logo above and select copy image location. I get
https://csnbbs.com/images/toledo/logo.gif

Click the insert image button, hit the CTRL and V buttons at the same time and

RE: NLI Signing Day
Very impressive and solid signing class. I look forward to seeing those rbs hit the field. Proof will be in the pudding, specifically the needed development of the offensive and defensive lines. Skill players can win you a lot of games, but it takes solid offensive and defensive line play to win championships. It is no coincidence that Clemson, LSU, Alabama, Georgia, and Ohio State sign the majority of top linemen (and stockpile them) and are playoff regulars. They dominate the line of scrimmage. UT needs to get back to that, otherwise the annual upper group of 5 recruiting class rankings are merely window dressing, a hollow ranking for a program without the substance of solid line play required to become a top Group of 5 program.

Yes UT always had a strong OL. Seemed to me we put some good players in the NFL

Just looked him up - a 3-star on Rivals out of Dallas, Tx. 6'1 205.

Looks like the coaches wanted the next combo of backs that emulate Seymour and Kobach. Also like the potential of freshman RB Micah Kelly from what I saw of him. Ddin't realize we were only returning 3 running backs for 2020.

Good comparison Moto. I hope that they both can catch the ball out of the backfield too. Lynch's highlights showed good backfield blocking protecting his QB.

So who is Lamy Thompson or was that a reference to Lamy Constant that I'm just not understanding?

I meant Lamy Constant.

As of now, Constant stands as the 4th highest rated recruit to ever sign with Toledo, according to 247sports. He's behind 1) James Green - limited production at UT, 2) Corey Jones - three-time All-MAC selection, and 3) Rodney Adams - transferred to USF, 5th rd NFL draft pick.
So Carter Bradley was not in the top 3? I thought he was the only 4 star we ever had signed. (guess I was wrong)

Bradley is the 7th highest rated recruit UT has signed right behind current teammate CB Jalynn Williams.

Toledo and Bowling Green bring in # 1 and #1 classes in MAC
https://www.13abc.com/content/sports/Tol...08041.html

I assume someone from BG wrote that headline? Yeesh. By the way, how was BG able to sign 31? Isn't that over the limit? The limit used to be 25, but I read that wihen they put in the early signing period, they allow up to 5 early signees to count to the previous class (assuming that class was under 25) but that would still only allow 30.

If you looked at the classes, the talent BGSUX brought in was really about #6 in the MAC and bottom 30 in FBS.

No 4 star basketball players but we've had a number of 4 star football players. Amstutz signed lots of 4 star recruits. the problem was most never saw the field.

Was gonna be the greatest defensive player since Mel Long. Never played a down, IIRC.

On this board in 2012 from SylvaniaRocket: Sturdivant is still gracing the top row of the United States Marshal's Most Wanted list as of June 26.

According to the 247 site, Navy signed 2 and have 48 hard commits.

Academies are a little different from what I understand. You can technically sign a LOI to play football on signing day for one of the three schools but you have to pass the entrance test which is usually held in the summer before you become official. The schools can't even announce their signees until they pass that test.

Not as freshman but Tre Fletcher and Stevie Taylor were both 4 stars recruits out of HS who transferred to and graduated from UT.

Keith Triplett and Brett Fedak were both highly rated. Not sure if stars were used much back then but Fedak was like #99 on the top 100 list and Triplett was a ridiculous HS scorer who was ranked high by some, but not all, folks. Tino Valencia was a high 3 star guy who had some big offers. Craig Thames had zero stars and wasn't allowed to play as a freshman but was one the greatest players in school history. who was better? mix?

Kozelko. MAC POY twice. Averaged 24.3 points his junior season and set a UT record for most points scored in a season. He was an alternate on the US Olympic team and played in the NBA three seasons.

Don't remember Tommy signing any 4 star commits, only some highly ranked 3's. Two of the best UT’s BB talents I saw were Swaney and Reiser.
