Im still wishing for a UAB vs Samford at the BH arena 2500 UAB 2500 Samford would create a great environment for the event. Probably wont happen, but it would be nice.

Why not just home and home instead of Bill Harris?
At least both schools get the gate for home and home.

Because its neutral site doubt a H&H would work because we would want the first home game. Its Birmingham's team playing in one of the alternate area arenas. Also to see how the team adapt to being booed in Birmingham.

Will UAB open the concession stands for high school games since games start at 9am?

If the concession stands at Bartow Arena are still operated (like those at Legion Field) as fund raising projects by various campus or church groups using volunteer workers, opening them will depend upon anticipated revenue production on those days. Campus groups like Band Boosters and JROTC may have student workers who want to help their group, but you still have the investment to bring in supplies..

The event is being run by the Knight Eady group who is essentially renting Bartow so it would be up to them to fill all employment regarding concessions since Bartow doesn't have a stand alone company like we did in the past (EX McAlister's) or like the BJCC has.
They could use the fund raising route but that would be very difficult to fill a week of groups who would be willing to stay all day.
