That was one hell of a team hate they could not hang on against UT. Wish we had a point guard like Rose now. He made the difference in that team being good and being great.

Rose grew a lot that season. CDR was already there.

Cal called time out 35 seconds in to the game. It was too loud to know what had happened at the time. Best experience ever.

Now they're playing back the Memphis vs. Georgetown game.

We played more marquee games in that one season than we’ve played in the last 4...combined.

Finish this season strong and it will be much easier to line up "Name" teams.

I recorded the whole season including the tournaments. Can't bring myself to watch the Tenn game. I've watched almost all of the Kansas game but couldn't watch the last 3 minutes or overtime. Still pisses me off the ref couldn't call a foul against the guard bringing the ball down the court that led to Chalmers hitting the 3 but called a touch foul on Dorsey so we didn't have him in the overtime. Game should have been over in regulation. But missed FTs is actually the culprit. I'll never forget the look on CDRs face as he missed his last one or the look on AAs face as he rode off on the golf cart with Calipari. Up 9 points with a little over 2 minutes to go and lose the game.

I watched the UT game until about 7 mins left then turned it, we had a boatload of talent on that team, hell, even Jeff Robinson played a role. I still have not watched the championship game that did not happen, and I probably never will.

As much as the free throws, there were two killers down the stretch. One, piece of **** Hightower missed the out of bounds on Kansas. IF piece of **** Hightower doesn't miss that call, we are shooting free throws up 7 and by the time Kansas gets the ball back up the court there are another 10 seconds at least run off the clock.

Two, CDR not handing the ball off to a wide wide wide open Dozier for the championship sealing dunk before instead going to the line. That play never gets talked about.

I've watched the championship vs Kansas many times. I'm not sure what this says about me, but I always think we're going to win and I'm always distraught by the ending as if it's the 1st time I've seen it.

Did we beat UT? lol GLAD WE BEAT 'EM THIS YEAR!
