I'm always concerned when we recruit OL and DL who need to put on 30 to 50 pounds, because some never do.

I feel exactly the same way Detroit.

There's a few on current roster in this situation.

The college game is evolving away from super sized OL except for Bama.........LOLOL

I remember OC commit Boston Matthews who was undersized as a center recruit at 6'02" 240 and he was never going to pack it on so he left quickly for various reasons.

Another RB on the roster? Saw a tweet by former Cal RB Derrick Clark saying he has committed to UT as a grad transfer, and says he has 3 years of eligibility remaining.

I'm a little confused, as he was a Cal signing in the class of 2016 out of HS (Mission Bay in San Diego). Redshirted in 2016, and played minimal time in 2017 and was injured in 2018. Announced he was going to transfer in Dec 2018. Don't know what he has been doing in the meantime.

Between 7 year players Harris and McKinley-Lewis, and the 27 year old punter UT signed from Australia, the Rockets are gonna need a geriatric specialist on staff before long.

no insight on what he's been doing lately but interesting student athlete. enrolled early at cal. was there for about 3 years and had some injuries and didn't have big stats but was the 2nd string rb at a P5 as an underclassman when healthy. also joined the baseball team and played a 2nd sport. graduated early from cal and announced the intent to transfer but never did and seems to have stayed off the radar during covid. could conceivably come to toledo and get a masters and start on a phd or jd or something.

He must be on scholarship. He can get his masters while playing football at UT

June tweet about UT.

Taking a look at 24/7 sports website, Toledo landed a transfer at WR from Rutgers. B. Fox played high school ball at Akron Archbishop Hoban. This transfer just happened July 6th from what I see. 6’3” 210 lbs. he has good size, nice hands and good speed from the videos. He has a nose for the end zone, and looks to have been coached well on blocking. I don’t see him on the roster, but according to the website, he has immediate eligibility.
