I was talking to an older guy . He mentioned back in the day neighbor issues were settled by an alley slugfest.
He lamented the fact that today somebody ends up dying.

The time period the older gentleman was referring to was about 90-100 years ago.About the same time period, my grandfather was attacked crossing a picketline trying to get work to feed
his family of 9 during the 1922 Railroad. Strke. Company detectives shot one of his assailants. Easy to judge slugfest as dumb now.
