To be fair, UCF's enrollment is somewhere around 66k. Certainly, when it comes to student population, UCF is a major school.

The article also says most schools only use it for student athletes on scholarship. Not sure if UCF is using for that purpose or everyone. First I've heard of it.

Reminds me of Michigan's contract with Nike. (Pages 1 & 5) That contract grants Nike the right to utilize UM athletes' personal biological and performance data worldwide and across all media platforms to promote its products, provided that a) it's legal to do so b) it's anonymous, and c) UM approves it. (Doesn't need the athletes' approval, mind. Doesn't matter what they think.)

ETA: Of course, that is as it should be, right?. College athletes aren't REAL human beings and they should not be granted the same natural rights that REAL human beings enjoy, amarite?

The University of Texas at Arlington’s president was named a finalist for a similar post in Florida on the same day it was announced that he is stepping down from his current role.

On Thursday, Vistasp Karbhari was named one of three finalist for the University of Central Florida in the Orlando area. He has overseen UT-Arlington for seven years,

Karbhari met with UCF’s presidential search committee on Thursday where he addressed a pending lawsuit filed against UT-Arlington claiming that he bullied women and retaliated against a female vice president, according to the campus newspaper, The Shorthorn. He told the committee that people get upset when they are asked to leave, the UT-Arlington campus paper reported.

Wouldn't trust a single thing this site says. You should've done even the minimal amount of digging around to find that this is some radical right wing organization in the business of producing and distributing extremist propaganda.

I do not want the UTA guy. He has a good track record it seems, but we don’t need anyone embroiled in an ongoing schedule.
