Stalinists in the judiciary
More proof of the need for limited term judges.

They are trying to ban membership in the strict constructionist Federalist Society for judges.

"The ethical advisory arm of the federal judiciary is circulating a draft rule that would ban judges and their clerks from belonging to the Federalist Society, an organization aimed at fostering an originalist interpretation of the Constitution at law schools and through forums and debates across the country...."

The people who are circulating this are not liberal. They are progressive. They oppose the Constitution and liberal democracy. They have no business being in the judiciary.
